On the nose, one instantly finds the tell-tale strawberry rhubarb/white peppery notes of Grenache with suggestions of apricot, lavender and tarragon. On top sits the elegant essence of Cherry, almost certainly emanating from the Cinsaut. Grahm recommends resisting the urge to serve this wine cold, 'as one might miss a bit of the aromatic pyrotechnics.
