This new Bourbon made with a blend of six, seven and eight-year-old Bourbons is the first whiskey solely crafted by Wild Turkey Associate Distiller Eddie Russell. Wild Turkey 81 was developed largely for mixology to be a truly “mixable spirit” to deliver Wild Turkey’s famous kick. It really shines in a mixed drink like a Manhattan or an Old Fashioned.
