Exclusively produced in the Oaxaca region of Mexico, Monte Alban is double-distilled using a unique process developed by the Aztecs over 500 years ago. Monte Alban has a pale straw hue and pungent spice, wood and mineral aromas. A rounded, supple attack leads to a smooth, medium-bodied, exotically peppery finish. Great complexity, with an earthy array of flavours.
