Featuring grapes principally from Mendocino County (85%), this Chardonnay offers enticing aromas and flavors of creamy vanilla, tropical fruit and fresh pears along with a lingering finish of vanilla and toasty oak-spice. The wine is entirely barrel fermented and is aged primarily in new French oak. While thoroughly enjoyable as a sipping wine, it will also complement a vast array of seafood, shellfish, poultry, veal and pork dishes.
