The delightful bouquet has a pleasing crisp graininess early on which becomes even more enjoyable following aeration as scents of peanut and white pepper emerge. Entry is lean, clean and sweet; at midpalate the grain element is sweet but not cloying. Finishes elegantly, smoothly and silkily. An excellent unflavored vodka.
