A portion (16%) of the 2021 Sauvignon Blanc Dollarhide Estate Vineyard was matured in wood, so there's a delicate hint of pencil shavings on the nose, accenting scents of fig, melon and tangerine. It's a bit riper and fleshier in the mouth than the estate bottling but still with excellent freshness and a bright, crisp finish. Best After 2022
