A classic Stags Leap Cab; very young, rich and complex. A gorgeous defined nose, gushing with ripe currant and wild berry. The palate is at once smooth and rich, like a melting chocolate truffle with dark berry jam in its core that’s revealing extra dimensions of flavor. A wealth of fruit rushes through the lengthy finish with shades of cedar and cigar box. Decanting is highly recommended for an early reward, but time in the cellar is the best investment for this American treasure.
