The German tradition of producing non-alcoholic wines is almost 80 years old: enough time to see massive leaps in growing and the dealcoholization process both. (Trust Germans to nail this sort of thing.) At the same time, Leitz is one of the most storied Riesling producers in the Rheingau (they date back to 1744), so the juice is top-notch: fresh and vibrant, with lime and green apples on the palate, and an off-dry kiss on the finish.
