A blend of severalĀ old rums from Barbados. First aged in the tropics in Bourbon casks, then transferred into small French oak casks and aged in the cool cellars of Chateau de Bonbonnet. The double aging process brings an incomparable smoothness and fullness to the rum. Intense notes of vanilla, ripe banana, sugar cane, and roasted coconut are present on both the nose and palate, and persist through the lingering finish.
