Santa Teresa Rum launched its new jewel to the national and international market. This is the second special edition of Santa Teresa 1796: Arabica Coffee, a succulent combination between the traditional flavor of rum aged for up to 35 years in barrels, which then goes through a Solera barrel process and, finally, a fourth aging. in Arabica coffee barrels.
To achieve this special edition, the Master Rum Makers innovated by taking selected barrels, filling them with a cold brew based on rum and Arabica Coffee beans from Hacienda Santa Teresa and then emptying them so that these barrels adopted coffee notes.
It is after this process that Santa Teresa 1796 goes through one more finishing step in these unique barrels, to obtain as a final result a rum with the smooth and balanced flavor of Santa Teresa 1796 and delicious coffee notes.
