Elijah Craig Full Barrel Selection is carefully selected from 8, 9, or 10+ year barrels and bottled as Barrel Proof & Single Barrel. Proof will vary depending on each barrel selected and bottled. The higher alcohol will bring some added warmth and depth to the finish.
